Quality Policy

Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. We strive to provide our customers with products and services which meet and even exceed their expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.

We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:-

  • Regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback
  • A customer complaints procedure
  • Selection and performance monitoring of suppliers against set criteria
  • Training and development for our employees
  • Regular audit of our internal processes
  • Measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims
  • Management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints

Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are held in a Quality Manual which is made available to all employees. This policy is posted on the Company Notice Board and can also be found in the staff handbook. Though the Managing Director has ultimate responsibility for Quality all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work so helping to ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company

HSE Policy

The company is committed to providing an adequate control of the health, safety, environmental risks arising from our work activities, both for our employees and those affected by the work that is carried out.

We will provide into adequate resources to enable us to develop and use suitable safety management. These will include:

  • Assessing and managing risks.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work place, safe systems and methods of work and safe equipments
  • Taking account of health and safety issues and providing information, particularly on materials and substances for the end users of our services
  • Providing staff with information, instructions, training and supervision they need to work competently and safely
  • Making staff aware of their individual responsibilities to take care for the safety of themselves and others and co-operate with management in matters of safety
  • Complying with applicable legal and other requirements
  • Prevention of pollution and ill health
  • Setting up effective and efficient engineering controls that minimize the incidents and pollution
  • Continually improving the HSE performance
